Job Summary

A customer service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques
• Determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, procedures, and other issues

• Strong sales closure techniques, confidence in products and advocate skills
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
