Job Summary
A storage company is in need of a Telecommute Sales Retention Specialist in Scottsdale.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for managing newly cancelled customer contact, and manage your own retention pipeline with inbound customer inquiries
- Follow up with assigned self booked customers and respond to booked customers' calls, texts, and emails ahead of their first appointment
- Meet or exceeding quality expectations in every customer interaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ months as a Sales or similar CS role
- Success in all previous metrics
- Maximum of one reported quality issue per month
- Maximum of one reported quality issue per month
- Proven knowledge of MakeSpace service
- Positive attitude contributing to team morale
