Job Summary

A healthcare products and services company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Support Associate in Orland Park.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Review and follow-up on backorders daily
Help resolve and communicate customer issues related to backorders, delivery times, product substitutions and pricing
Research alternative products for customers including existing and research possible comparable new item options

Required Skills:

Employee may be required to travel for business purposes
Two plus years in a Sales Support Role or industry experience with a proven track record of success
Able to work successfully in a changing environment
Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to consult and assess needs of sales organization and serve as strategic problem-solver
