Job Summary

A healthcare products and services company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Support Associate in Orland Park.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and follow-up on backorders daily
  • Help resolve and communicate customer issues related to backorders, delivery times, product substitutions and pricing
  • Research alternative products for customers including existing and research possible comparable new item options

Required Skills:

  • Employee may be required to travel for business purposes
  • Two plus years in a Sales Support Role or industry experience with a proven track record of success
  • Able to work successfully in a changing environment
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to consult and assess needs of sales organization and serve as strategic problem-solver
