Job Summary
A payment services company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Trainer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating and scheduling new hires and veterans to the appropriate training forums
- Conducting virtual recurring 1:1 trainings over sales methodologies with new hires in your dedicated regions
- Coaching and mentoring new hires through sales scenarios and direct to appropriate training resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks with limited supervision or guidance while staying within the core principles/practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to large groups as well as direct one to one conversations
- Must have strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to provide comprehensive feedback to new hires and their management team
