Job Summary

A payment services company has an open position for a Telecommute Sales Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating and scheduling new hires and veterans to the appropriate training forums
  • Conducting virtual recurring 1:1 trainings over sales methodologies with new hires in your dedicated regions
  • Coaching and mentoring new hires through sales scenarios and direct to appropriate training resources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks with limited supervision or guidance while staying within the core principles/practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups as well as direct one to one conversations
  • Must have strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide comprehensive feedback to new hires and their management team
