A job search website is seeking a Telecommute Sales Trainer in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation program and make enhancements
- Create Sales Training documents and Playbook as required for specific programs
- Conduct Needs Assessment and partner with Sales Training Team to ensure goal alignment

- Ability to work from home on Wednesdays
- 3-4 Years of Experience working within Training & Development in a professional capacity
