An educational technology company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Hire, develop and engage A-players
- Demonstrate high levels of leadership
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment including 3 years managing Sales teams
- Successful track record leading sales reps to achieve million-dollar quotas
- Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in collaboration with other team members
- Expertise in designing and executing successful ABM strategies
- Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
- Ability to communicate asynchronously with teams
