Job Summary
A corporate gifts company is in need of a Telecommute Sales Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Setting the overall sales strategy and process
- Developing a clear multichannel go-to-market strategy
- Leading a team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience successfully mentoring, coaching, or leading others
- 10+ years of successful closing sales experience within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
- Experience with a formalized sales process/qualification frameworks, such as MEDDIC or Force Management
- Must understand the value of following a disciplined sales process including proper tracking
- Ability to operate in a hyper-growth environment
- Enterprise MarTech/SalesTech SaaS domain expertise or experience in a market-defining category
