Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Salesforce Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that Salesforce is effectively maintained and supported
- Managing help desk tickets
- Designing and generating analytical reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel for team and organizational meetings
- One year of Salesforce administration experience required
- Experience gathering business requirements and developing process diagrams
- Comfort working with data and data sources
- Experience creating and running reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other platforms
- Excellent project management skills
