Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Salesforce Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that Salesforce is effectively maintained and supported
  • Managing help desk tickets
  • Designing and generating analytical reports

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel for team and organizational meetings
  • One year of Salesforce administration experience required
  • Experience gathering business requirements and developing process diagrams
  • Comfort working with data and data sources
  • Experience creating and running reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other platforms
  • Excellent project management skills
