Job Summary
A payment processing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Salesforce Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Provide on the spot Salesforce end-user support via email, virtual session, and messaging platforms
- Perform Salesforce upgrades installation of 3rd party integrations
- Evaluate, determine impact and reconcile feature requests across multiple departments, integrations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Proficient experience in creation and management of Salesforce Profiles, Roles and Access Management
- Experience with importing various data from external systems
- Experience with creation and management of Salesforce Reports
