Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Salesforce Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements
  • Manage and track the project status throughout the project lifecycle
  • Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups

Required Skills:

  • Initial travel for 6 months at the start of the role
  • SFDC knowledge
  • Must have UI/UX experience
  • Strong ERP Experience
  • Extensive application support experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of business and technical requirements analysis and methodology developments
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniques
