Job Summary

A global research and outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Salesforce Business Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Utilize Salesforce and pull good user stories, acceptance criteria, and decisions out of the business
• Design, optimize, and integrate business processes across systems
• Utilize both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies

Position Requirements Include:

• B.A. or equivalent degree
• ≥5 years’ experience in delivering technology solutions
• ≥3 years as Business Analyst on Salesforce
• General knowledge of CRM and CSM
• Proven ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across systems
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
