Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Salesforce Business Analyst Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with Agile and Waterfall implementations of Salesforce.com Sales/Service Cloud
  • Capturing requirements from business users
  • Preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies
  • Experience with Sales/Service Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight
  • Ability to build prototype configurations in Sales/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud /SFDC/Force.com/CHATTER
  • Experience in implementing and functionally enhancing AppExchange packages
  • Experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning
  • Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud and Salesforce.com
