Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Salesforce CRM Analyst in Somerset.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and system support team in over-arching program implementation, change control, monitoring, analysis and recommendations for improvement, solutions architecture for program changes and improvements
- Support ad hoc data queries, data analysis and reporting and analytics related to programs stored in the Salesforce.com system
- Lead execution of data related tasks based on requirements for client
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical and Life sciences industries supporting Pharma Sales and/or Call Center or Customer Relationship Management
- 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com or Veeva or other like CRM
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Data management experience
- Demonstrated exposure to the project-management discipline and related tools/techniques
