Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Salesforce Customer Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify areas of improvement
- Provide monthly MBR data to Sponsors and conduct Service Reviews as required
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction and reference ability
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel required
- Able to define and establish maintenance and administration processes and drive continuous improvement
- 5+ years experience in professional services or technical project management
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in the Customer Operations lifecycle
