Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Salesforce Customer Engagement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Provide monthly MBR data to Sponsors and conduct Service Reviews as required
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and reference ability

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel required
  • Able to define and establish maintenance and administration processes and drive continuous improvement
  • 5+ years experience in professional services or technical project management
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the Customer Operations lifecycle
