Job Summary

Internet marketing service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Salesforce Engagement Manager in the Central Region.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of products, services, resources/skillsets and delivery methodologies
  • Supporting the Sales organization with pre-sales discovery and scoping
  • Understanding customers’ business objectives, success measures or other key performance indicators

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel requirements are in the range of 10-50%
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
  • 2-3 years of Business or Management Consulting experience
  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience delivering online community solutions
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
