Job Summary
A medical systems company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Salesforce Program Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing small to medium size projects
- Working closely with business support teams and internal VIT teams to understand and analyze business processes
- Supporting the design, build, testing and deployment of applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 6+ years of strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud applications
- Salesforce Administrator certification and Developer is required
- Hands on expertise with developing complex web applications on Salesforce platform
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Platform with other third-party systems
- Experience maintaining a FDA validated environment
