An advertising agency needs applicants for an opening for a Partial Telecommute Salesforce Senior Business Analyst in Raleigh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Aligning client requirements to company products and platforms
- Interpreting business requirements to identify technology and operational implications
- Understanding clients’ needs and translating them into social business and digital solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able & willing to travel periodically as the job requires (10-25% travel)
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Technology (MIS) and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst or Strategy related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
