Job Summary

An IT consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Salesforce Solution Architect in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Articulating to customer stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach
  • Guiding customers through the implementation of Salesforce solutions using an agile methodology
  • Engaging customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 8+ years implementing Salesforce based solutions
  • Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
  • Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies
  • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
  • Consulting background and experience with business process definition, gap analysis and implementation best practices
  • Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Financial Services and/or Salesforce Community
