- Evaluating multiple feasible options for a solution
- Leading, managing, and holding accountable direct reports and project team

- Foundational understanding of mobile application development and design
- Experience in object-oriented design patterns and data modeling
- Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud architectural design patterns
- 2+ years of experience designing and building Salesforce B2B commerce solutions
- Solid foundational competencies on Salesforce core and Communities
