A collection of beauty and wellness centers has a current position open for a Telecommute Salon Reservation Specialist in Woodbury.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming calls and book reservations
- Maintaining guest file database
- Making proper documentation of any booking modifications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Telephone etiquette, and guest service skills
- Ability to handle customer issues at a high level of complexity
- A quiet workspace that is free of distractions, ergonomic chair, and desk
