- Directing virtual teams in support of the overall Basis activities
- Assigning personnel to various operations and schedules their activities
- Using best business practices to ensure success in areas of responsibility
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attending customer meetings
- Four-year degree with a Business Administration or MIS focus or equivalent
- 10+ years IT experience
- 8+ years managing Basis, IT Infrastructure, IT Network, or IT Operations
- Hands-on SAP Basis problem solving experience in multiple SAP components
- Highly skilled in SAP troubleshooting
