Job Summary
A company dedicated to helping businesses grow is filling a position for a Telecommute SAP Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing application knowledge, methodology expertise, and/or industry knowledge
- Conducting train-the-trainer sessions
- Developing course objectives and designing plans based on assessment results
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel nationally on a weekly basis
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum
- 3 years of experience with major ERP systems
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and Adult Learning Principles
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
