Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute SAP Instructional Designer.

Must be able to:

• Ensure that processes are fully documented including any supporting documentation as required
• Facilitate users’ enablement and training on all the end-to-end HR SF processes
• Support implementation of the processes including change and engagement activities

Qualifications Include:

• HR practitioner with experience in HR process design, implementation, and improvement
• Ideally experience of working in a process analyst from larger organization
• Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Proven experience documenting and delivering process designs
