A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert in Bentonville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the liaison between business and technical team to define any integration requirements

Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience as HCM Consultant
- SuccessFactors Certified consultant in Compensation and Variable Pay
- Hands on experience in Maintaining Configuration Workbooks
- Good understanding of the compensation cycle for a global organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
