Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute SCA Quality Auditor I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying documents and reporting any transaction errors in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution
- Examining and evaluating on a prepayment basis the accuracy of transactions processed by reviewing policy, procedure and manual input in accordance with guidelines
- Tracking and trending audit results, providing feedback to management
Qualifications for this position include:
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- 9 months to 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Ability to generate monthly reports of audit findings, supports clients with issued identified
- Ability to develop reports to assist management with information requested
- Ability to produce other ad hoc reports as requested by internal and external clients
