Job Summary
A provider of cloud-based software for medical services is seeking a Telecommute Scheduling Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support and/or coverage to satellite offices as needed
- Arranging lodging and or transportation for out-of-town examinees, assists with directions, etc
- Handling and responding promptly to incoming calls
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years experience scheduling/ coordinating appointments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines with heavy call volume
- Ability to operate computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
