Job Summary

A provider of cloud-based software for medical services is seeking a Telecommute Scheduling Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing support and/or coverage to satellite offices as needed
  • Arranging lodging and or transportation for out-of-town examinees, assists with directions, etc
  • Handling and responding promptly to incoming calls

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years experience scheduling/ coordinating appointments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines with heavy call volume
  • Ability to operate computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
