Job Summary
A revenue cycle management company has an open position for a Telecommute Scheduling Specialist in Sartell.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to calls including patients, physicians, physicians’ office staff, peers, and determining the urgency
- Answering the client telephone lines for department, prioritizing, screening, and redirecting calls
- Scheduling all appointments for patients on the computerized scheduling system
