Job Summary
A distributor of scientific products and laboratory supplies is filling a position for a Telecommute Scientific Products and Laboratory Supplies Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and attracting potential customers
- Handling inbound sales and customer communication
- Handling, processing, expediting, and troubleshooting of customer orders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years applicable experience in a customer relationship type role
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Ability to maintain composure and positive attitude during difficult times
- Intermediate PC skills
- Able to work in multiple systems concurrently
