Job Summary

A distributor of scientific products and laboratory supplies is filling a position for a Telecommute Scientific Products and Laboratory Supplies Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and attracting potential customers
  • Handling inbound sales and customer communication
  • Handling, processing, expediting, and troubleshooting of customer orders

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years applicable experience in a customer relationship type role
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Ability to maintain composure and positive attitude during difficult times
  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Able to work in multiple systems concurrently
