Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Scrum Master 2.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping guide the Scrum Team on how to use Scrum and/or other agile methodologies and patterns
  • Beginning to navigate through different coaching stances deliberately while growing the agile skills and mindset of team members
  • Supporting an environment that empowers and energizes team members

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Typically 3+ years related experience with 1-3 years as a scrum master
  • Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Strong bias for action
  • Thrives in an VUCA environment
  • Validated agile learning/credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM, IC Agile such as ACC
  • Experience with Agile Tracking tools such as ADO, Jira, VersionOne, Rally
