Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Scrum Master.

Must be able to:

  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process
  • Manage our sprints, release process, daily standups, and retrospective meetings
  • Plan customer issues with the teams to deliver them in upcoming releases

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of experience in Scrum/Project Management
  • 1+ years of experience leading remote teams
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC
  • Should hold an agile related certificate
  • Solid experience in using and configuring JIRA
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
