Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Scrum Master.

Must be able to:

  • Plan and drive the delivery of high quality, on-time/on-budget, impactful releases
  • Assist the Product Owner with keeping the backlog groomed
  • Maintain relevant metrics to provide visibility to Engineering as well as cross-functional teams

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience working with a software development team
  • At least 2 years in a Scrum Master role
  • Experience/Understanding of: C#, C, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript frameworks, WCF, JSON
  • Ability to positively interact with all members of development team
  • Thorough understanding of object-oriented development theory
