Job Summary
A communication platform provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Scrum Master.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Shaping the Scrum culture through squad ceremonies and ensuring burn-downs and key metrics are healthy
- Delivering value by collaborating with Product team on creating beautiful and shippable features
- Focusing on velocity and increasing the performance and predictability of your team
Required Skills:
- BS/MS Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in an Agile/Scrum environment as Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification or equivalent
- Prior experience in management/leadership with direct reports
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Rally or similar tool - Global teams mean communication is key
- Experience working in a distributed workforce with cross-functional project teams in other countries/time zones
