Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Scrum Master.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitating and supporting all scrum events
  • Promoting self-organization and continuous improvement
  • Working closely with Product Owners to drive backlog story grooming

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years Scrum Master experience for a development team
  • Deep knowledge of Agile practices and techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and theory
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar tool
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
