Job Summary
An IT solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Scrum Master.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using the Scaled Agile Framework to plan and execute work across the team
- Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on using Agile practices
- Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field; or additional 4 years of experience
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
- Expert knowledge of Scrum values, principles, and practices
- Expert knowledge of an agile framework or method (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Expert experience with communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
