Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Scrum Master.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and facilitating trust between development teams, business and other partners
- Communicating and working with the Product Owner to maintain the Product backlog
- Facilitating Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to provide guidance to the Scrum team on Scrum values, principles and practices
- Can coach and support continuous improvement within the team
- Able to empower team to become self-organized to consistently deliver on their Sprint commitments
- Will communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of the status, schedule, issues, dependencies, risks and mitigation plan
