Job Summary

An insurance software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Scrum Master and Project Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Be a process owner, agile principles coach, and team cheerleader
  • Organize and facilitate rituals and ceremonies like daily standups
  • Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates

Position Requirements Include:

  • Limited travel
  • 3+ years of experience in agile development methodologies at scale
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with distributed teams
  • Experience with JIRA or a similar issue tracking tool
  • Experience with Story Mapping concepts, point estimation
