Job Summary
A financial company is in need of a Telecommute Scrum Master in Grand Rapids.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the Scrum Team’s health, maturity and continuous improvement
- Serving the Organization by leading, training, and coaching Scrum and Agile adoption
- Serving the Product Owner by coaching them on effective techniques for product goal definition
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5+ years as a SM for multiple teams or as a Scrum Team Member in another role
- Entry level Agile Certification or equivalent experience (PSM I, CSM, CSPO, PSPO, PSD, etc)
- Pursuing an advanced level certification (A-CSM, A-CSPO, PSM II, PSPO II, Scaled Agile or other)
- Proficient level of understanding of Product Development and SDLC
- General understanding of coaching principles and facilitation techniques
- Proficient level of understanding of the Scrum Framework and Scrum Values
