Job Summary

A health and human service programs company has a current position open for a Telecommute Scrum Master in Lanham.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Participating in Scrum teams of business analysts, developers and testers to plan deliverables for each development sprint
  • Providing expertise in identifying iterative process improvements and methods to streamline adoption of the methodology
  • Supporting solicitation of input and feedback from stakeholders and users after each Sprint

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Attending meetings at the IRS facility in New Carrollton MD
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. An additional four (4) years of related experience may substitute for degree
  • At least eight (8) years of related experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in iterative methodologies
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills
  • Experience working with dispersed teams, and using online communication tools such as OCS and Live Meetings, or similar
