Job Summary
An AI company is seeking a Telecommute SDR Manager.
Must be able to:
- Conduct 1:1s with your reports, set goals, provide feedback, and serve as a resource and mentor to the SDR team
- Provide training, guidance, and management to our team of SDRs
- Shadow SDR calls, providing feedback to the team, noting trends, and conducting training
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of sales experience, some of which has been managing a team
- You're passionate about teaching and mentorship in sales
- You've managed an SDR team in the past and have experience giving feedback and leading training for SDRs
- You have specific experience in selling to SMBs in a highly transactional environment
