A global clothing retailer is filling a position for a Telecommute Seasonal Chat Specialist in Rocklin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide product information, solve problems and processing orders
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills in every interaction
- Ensure timely, one-contact resolution with customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service
- StrongPC skills including internet and windows-based applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills includingde-escalation skills
