Job Summary

A healthcare insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls or emails about requests for information on medication and benefits
  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner
  • Adhere to and reinforce standard operating procedures

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Has suitable home office that meets Compny's required standards
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
