A healthcare insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls or emails about requests for information on medication and benefits
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner
- Adhere to and reinforce standard operating procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Has suitable home office that meets Compny's required standards
