A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Seasonal Priority Specialist in Orlando.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Interacting daily with VIP customers and interacting frequently with Executive Management
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with all our customers
• Maintaining empathy for the customer's situation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly PC literate and 35 words per minute typing speed
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in escalations and high-pressure situations
• Ability to maintain consistent work ethic without direct supervision
• Strong customer service skills along with advanced soft skills
