Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Seasonal Remote Tax Associate in Walnut Creek.
Must be able to:
- Preparing of 1040, 1120,1065 and other return types, preparing tax recap sheet for clients
- Be responsible for full tax return preparation
- Serve as a technical resource to clients and other team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Certification with PTIN, EFIN and CTEC
- 3 years of tax experience (Tax Associate, Tax Preparer, Tax Processor)
- Experience with individual and corporate income tax preparation
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Strong communications both verbal and written
