Job Summary

A music school needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Seasonal Telefund Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Inform donors by explaining procedures and benefits while generating the institution's maximum revenue
• Perform outbound fundraising and sales calls
• Maintain a robust knowledge of programs, policies, sales best practices, and standards

Qualifications Include:

• At least one year of experience in a sales, call center, or front-facing customer service role
• Excellent phone manners, assertive sales attitude, and superb customer service skills
• Enthusiasm and passion for the arts, creative communities
• Must be a highly motivated and results-driven self-starter
• Operate with a sense of urgency and values accountability
• Ability to meet and exceed revenue and call output goals
