A automobile insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Second Shift Call Center Representative in Portland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Keeping members informed of the status and progress of their requests
- Exceeding member expectations by demonstrating concern for member safety
- Processing member requests for roadside assistance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This position requires you to work from the office for a 12 week nesting period
- Commitment to completing the entire training schedule without interruption
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
