An online education provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Secondary Social Studies Substitute Teacher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- “Virtually” manage instructional programs
- Complete all grading, generate progress reports
- Communicate with parents, students and other teachers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary Social Studies in Washington State
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Ability to obtain certification in other states as requested
- Understanding of IEP/504 plans and how they can be implemented in a virtual setting
- Strong technology skills
- Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office equipped computer
