Job Summary

A security platform company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Security and Support Services Operations Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Produce and monitor daily operational metrics
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions covering core skills
  • Manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage during shift periods

Required Skills:

  • Travel for physical client visits, SOC tours, review calls, and customer orientation
  • Must have a firm understanding of the company appliances and products
  • Must have a strong understanding of escalation paths/procedures
  • Must be able to prioritize escalated cases/requests
  • Must be able to locate and follow a runbook or Standard Operating Procedure
  • Must display competency in Threat, Log, Incident Analysis, Networking, PCI, WSM, and Scan
