Job Summary
A cyber security company has a current position open for a Telecommute Security Automation Training Head.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and customer satisfaction
- Developing a comprehensive security education program
- Managing the planning and scheduling of training and exercise events and observation activities
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to deliver onsite training at conference and customer locations (anticipated travel 50%)
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the Information Security (Cybersecurity or Information Assurance) field
- Minimum of 3 years of classroom instructor experience to include platform delivery of training
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in different functionalities in the training department of a large enterprise
- Development training (Python, Django)
- Proficient in technical writing for the development of curriculum manuals and training procedures
