Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Telecommute Security Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping design the security stance of our company’s business and product
- Developing and maintaining the company's Security Controls and Compliance certification efforts
- Developing and owning automated penetration testing and code analysis tooling
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience building and maintaining production software in a back end focused or generalist role
- Someone who can own and drive technical decisions with a grounding in solving problems for our customers and business
- Ability to flex into cloud architecture design and system automation when necessary for the needs of the business
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior security engineers and analysts
- Someone that thrives in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment
- Experience operating cross functionally within Engineering, Product, and Design teams
