Job Summary

A provider of network access solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Security Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the execution of the worldwide channel program strategy
• Establishing operating metrics / performance standards for each program
• Leading initiatives to evolve partner programs for maximum efficiency

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Relevant experience developing, deploying and supporting channel programs or managing partnerships
• 12 years of experience driving strategic, high impact and complex channel initiatives
• Highly developed project / program management and change management skills
• In-depth knowledge of channel management and the networking industry
• Proven ability to lead cross functional/geographic teams to achieve results in a fast pace and demanding environment
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
